French Connection is branching out into homewares, with it’s first collection due to launch at the end of March. So I’m giving you a sneak peeek. Alongside these candlesticks you’ll find bedding, textiles, ceramics and glassware all in lovely muted shades. Must say, I was mostly relieved to see that nothing bears the logo FCUK.

I believe the title means Siamese rhinoceros beetle or fighting beetle. It’s taken from photographer Emma Walker’s series ‘Assemblage of Improbable Insects’, which I absolutely adore. She’s also done ‘Assemblage of Beautiful Flowers’, which, as you might expect, focuses on flora and is just as eerily beautiful.
Outline Editions, which sells prints by British graphic designers, has set up a selling exhibition at a temporary space on Newburgh St, London W1. This ‘The Cuckoo’ print is by Patrick Thomas, but you’ll also find works by Noma, James Joyce and Kate Moross.

Bodie and Fou has added some nice new prints by Swedish duo One Must Dash to its range. This is my favourite.
I spotted a flock of these paper birds by Brit artist Maxine Greer in the Feb issue of ELLE Decoration. Too cute.
